Leadership in the Hospitality Industry

Leadership in the hotel industry is similar to leadership in any industry.  What actually is of prime importance is the effectiveness of the leader.  The course begins with an introduction to the term "leadership" and what leadership actually means.  It then moves on to look at various theories and styles of leadership in order to help the student adapt a leadership style that is appropriate.
