All personal information provided by students to eHOTELSCHOOL will be used by school administration and faculty solely for the purpose of providing education to the student. With the following two exceptions, no personal information will be shared with persons or organizations outside eHOTELSCHOOL under any circumstances unless requested by the student in writing:
- Official transcripts of grades will, at the request of the student and upon payment of the transcript fee, be sent directly to academic institutions.
- As eHOTELSCHOOL.com is a registered school under the Private Career Training Institutions Agency, in the province of British Columbia, Canada, your name and personal identification information, the name of your program of study and the amount of tuition paid may be forwarded to the Private Career Training Institutions Agency for the purposes of administering the Student Training Completion Fund. This information is collected by the PCTIA under section 26 of the Freedom of Information & Protection of Privacy Act. All students are issued a user name and a unique password upon registration. These are forms of security intended to identify the user as the legitimate student with access to courses and their own student information including transcripts of grades. It is essential that all students keep their password and user name totally confidential in order to prevent others from accessing their information. |
