SAMPLE COURSE MODULE

Most courses are comprised of 15 modules. Each module consists of four components as follows:
1. Introduction
2. Lecture
3. Quiz
4. Quiz Answers

The course module presented as a sample is module number one of the EHS 100 course
“ Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism”.

Each module features a quiz along with the correct answers in order to permit the student to test their understanding of the material on their own.
